So … how does one make the perfect mousse??

Too be honest – i don’t have a clue!!! It’s my favourite and I have never even tried!! Quite sad really!! But my hips thank me!!

Well ….. mousse , chocolate mousse, chocolate mousse cake to be precise. and who’s got the best! So this is my adventures with my bfs to find the perfect mousse!

What is the perfect mousse? The perfect mousse

1. It must not be too rich – one must be able to finish the entire piece in one sitting (My mother taught me not to waste food!!)

2. It must have a thick layer of soft chocolate covering it

3. It must have pieces of hard chocolate on the side and/or the top..

4. Hold the dusted cocoa powder and cream!! (The cocoa powder always makes me cough!!)

Can such a thing really exist??
